NEW YORK–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Goldman Sachs BDC, Inc. (the “Company”) (NYSE: GSBD) announced today that it has priced an offering of $360.0 million aggregate principal amount of 3.750% notes due 2025 (the “Notes”). The Notes will mature on February 10, 2025 and may be redeemed in whole or in part at the Company’s option at any time at par plus a “make-whole” premium, if applicable.
The Company intends to use the net proceeds of this offering to pay down debt under its revolving credit facility.
The offering is subject to customary closing conditions, and the Notes are expected to be delivered on or about February 10, 2020.
