WALLINGFORD, Conn.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Amphenol Corporation (NYSE: APH) (the “Company”) announced today the pricing of its offering of $400,000,000 aggregate principal amount of senior notes due 2025 (the “Notes”). The Notes will have an interest rate of 2.050% per annum. The closing of the offering is expected to occur on February 20, 2020, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
The Company intends to use the net proceeds from the offering of the Notes, together with cash on hand, to repay its outstanding 2.200% Senior Notes due 2020 at maturity.
BofA Securities, Inc., Mizuho Securities USA LLC and TD Securities (USA) LLC are serving as the joint book-running managers for the offering of the Notes.
